Important Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at the groomers/owners discretion.
Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: Current Rabies REQUIRED, DHPP/DHLPP, and Bordetella recommended
Cats: Current Rabies REQUIRED and FVRCP recommended
Rabies vaccines must be administered at minimum 24hrs before appointment time.
Late Arrival Drop Off or Pickup
We intentionally stagger appointments to prioritize 1-1 grooming. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure quality service for all pets. Picking up pet later than our estimated finishing time may result in pet needing to be kenneled to ensure we can accommodate other appointments.
Health & Safety
Pets showing signs of illness (coughing, diarrhea, vomiting, fleas, or ticks) may not be able to be groomed. We strive to maintain a clean, safe environment for all pets. Please call if your pet is showing signs of illness so we may discuss options.

How long does an appointment take?
Each service time varies based upon type and pet needs. We typically estimate 1-2hrs for bath services and 2-4hrs for bath and haircut services. Feel free to contact us with questions!
Do you really groom anxious, senior and special needs pets?
Absolutely! We have a special place in our hearts for anxious, senior, and special-needs pets. Our Soothe & Support Session creates a peaceful sanctuary with calming pheromones, comfortable suites instead of kennels, and all the patience your beloved companion needs. Many previously nervous pets actually look forward to their visits with us.
Do you really groom cats?
Yes! We're passionate about feline grooming and one of the few salons truly prepared for cats. Our owner is a Certified Feline Groomer with specialized training in cat behavior and care. We use only cat-safe products, calming pheromone diffusers, and gentle handling techniques designed specifically to keep your feline friend comfortable and stress-free.
What if my pet is matted?
If we need more time for pet comfort or safety, we'll review options and any additional fees before we proceed. We always prioritize your pet's well-being and will discuss any concerns with you before continuing.
